U4U (Uniting for Ukraine)
We begin by drafting the I-134 form on behalf of the sponsor and assist our clients up to and including their entry into the U.S. and obtaining work authorization and a Social Security Number (SSN). We will develop a strategy for continued stay after the program expires.

L-1A nonimmigrant visa, intracompany transferee
If you do not have close relatives in the U.S. and an employer who wants to hire you immediately, the easiest and most reliable way to relocate to the U.S. with the right to work is L-1A visa (Intracompany transfer).
The main idea of the visa is to enable a multinational company to transfer an executive from a foreign office to a U.S. office. However, the visa also allows you to transfer an executive from a foreign company to a newly established U.S. office.
If you are a top manager in a foreign business (for example, in Russia), which opens an affiliate company in the United States, you can get a one-year L-1A visa to work in this company, and in case of successful development of the business you can extend this visa to 7 years and get permanent residency (Green Card) and citizenship.
